About Me
I’m a construction professional with extensive experience across civil and geotechnical engineering, infrastructure delivery, and residential development.
I began my career in engineering design within local authority, working on highways and infrastructure schemes. This provided a solid grounding in technical design, standards, and how projects are delivered in practice. I then moved into project delivery roles, including acting as Resident Engineer on the Rhyl Harbour regeneration project, coordinating design teams, contractors, and stakeholder input.
Moving into the private sector, I specialised in geotechnical engineering — managing site investigations, preparing technical reports, and developing practical solutions for a range of ground conditions across civil engineering projects.
Over the past eight years, my focus has been on residential development as part of the management team at a bespoke housebuilder. In this role, I have been responsible for procurement, design coordination, cost control, and supporting delivery on site — contributing to the delivery of high-quality, award-winning homes.
This combination of experience — from ground conditions through to completed homes — shapes a practical, joined-up approach to every project. The focus is on clear advice, realistic solutions, and outcomes that work both on paper and on site.
